Master’s/Doctoral level professional who serves as the primary supervisor and manager for all ABA staff within their assigned region. Guides the staff and assists in the development treatment methodologies and ensures the effective implementation of all in-home treatment and programming for clients in their region. Responsible for the management of all staff and the content and implementation of treatment plans.
Master’s degree and board certification in an approved program by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). License as a BCBA in Massachusetts. Supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
