Job summary:
Opening in Cummington, Massachusetts for a Director of Nursing with a large behavioral healthcare organization. The need is to oversee the day to day operations of the nursing department and staff to assure delivery of quality nursing care and treatment for all patients in the area of chemical dependency, psychiatric and medical issues. Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or a relevant field
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role preferred In-depth knowledge of legal policies and regulations in the healthcare industry
- Understanding of the disease model of addiction and medication assisted treatment
- Certified nursing and CPR qualifications
