Job Summary:
Opening in Westerville, OH for a Lead Therapist with a national behavioral healthcare organization. Organize and oversee a team of licensed therapists to deliver evidence based treatment for adult patients with substance use disorders. Job Requirements:
- Licensed Clinician: LISW, LPCC, or LICDC required
- Masters degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or other related field required
- Minimum of 3-years post licensure experience
- Understanding of the disease model of addiction and evidence-based treatment
- Knowledge of relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
- Familiarity with ASAM Dimensions and level of care criteria
