Job Summary:
Functions of the position is to provide compassionate care to individuals suffering from addiction and/or mental health issues. The Clinical Director oversees, assigns, coordinates, and assists staff in providing counseling services to clients. Responsible for interviewing, selecting, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s Degree
- Previous experience in a substance abuse and psychiatric treatment setting.
- Licensed LCSW, LMHC, MFT or MS, MBA, CAP, PhD and four years or more of clinical experience
- Must have one year supervisory experience.
