Job Summary:
The Lead Therapist’s principal function is to lead a team of compassionate clinical staff to care for individuals suffering from addiction and/or co-occurring disorders. The Lead Therapist oversees, assigns, coordinates and assists clinical team in providing empirically based counseling services to clients.
Job Requirements:
- Licensed by the State of California in counseling
- Experience in a substance abuse and psychiatric treatment setting
- At least 1-2 years supervisory experience
- Knowledge of 12-Step Recovery Program
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and local laws
