Job Summary:
Opening in Venice, CA for a Program Therapist with a large behavioral healthcare organization. The main focus is Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). The need is to treat clients for Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) or significant emotional dysregulation and/or behavioral issues. Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology, California license eligible
- At least one year experience working with clients with substance abuse and/or borderline personality disorder
- Certification or significant experience in providing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
- Valid California Driver’s License and insurability by agency’s automobile insurance carrier e Clearance of TB test, fingerprinting and state clearance, and any other mandatory state/federal requirements
