Job Summary:
Opening in Bellevue, WA for a Regional Operations Director with a large behavioral healthcare organization. The main focus is treatment for eating disorders along with mood and anxiety. Looking for someone to partner with regional leaders including clinical, medical and nursing leadership while managing the financial and operational goals of the region. This is a full time position offering competitive pay plus benefits!
Job Requirements:
- 10+ years demonstrated senior, director or Vice President level leadership experience and success in healthcare services, behavioral healthcare preferred.
- Strong management experience including operational, financial, analytical and leadership skills.
- Track record of owning and driving P&L results in a geographically dispersed, multi-unit business
- Effective leadership skills and experience hiring, developing, and motivating a high-performing team
- Experience in an environment of growth and development characterized by partnering, expansion, and integration of new facilities
- A bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related human services field strongly preferred
